Jean Edwards Cellars 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford

From the heart of the Rutherford Bench, Beckstoffer's historic George III Vineyard is planted exclusively with Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in the creation of some of Napa Valley's most cherished wines. The dark and rich garnet wine reflects purple hues and offers notes of black and red fruit, accompanied by a subtle hint of the signature Rutherford dust. On the palate, this wine is expressive and multi-dimensional. Flavors of black cherry, plum, and cassis intertwine with hints of spice and a delicate truffle aroma. The long finish is enhanced by sweet, oaky tannins. It has been aged for 20 months in 100% new French oak.
