The craft behind this exceptional wine begins with hand-picking of the fruit, followed by gentle processing. The pristine, whole-berry fruit undergoes fermentation in a concrete tank fermenter, with skin contact lasting 15-30 days. After this, the wine is aged for 22 months in 100% new French Oak barrels.
