Hill Family Estate 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2020 Hill Family Estate Cabernet Sauvignon uses some of the best mountain fruit that Napa Valley has to offer, and the result is a wine that is so richly intense in flavor and texture. A deep ruby, almost purple in hue, the wine displays aromas of ripe raspberries, cassis, and mocha. On the palate, bright strawberries, black cherry, and vanilla all intermingle with very gripping tannins and a plush body. This is definitely a wine to save for a special occasion, and can be easily cellared for 10 years. Decanter for serving is recommended; pairs great with steak, cacio e pepe, and other flavorful dishes.
