What if I don't like a wine?

That is what our "Love It" guarantee is for. Whilst we are proud of every bottle, let us know if you get a bottle you don't enjoy. It doesn't need to be faulty - if you didn't "Love it" we'll replace it in your next shipment for free.

Shipping details

Depending on where the shipping address is located in the United States, new wine club, wine store and wine gift orders typically ship two business days after your order is received.  If you choose to expedite a shipment by using air delivery, these orders ship one business day after your order is received. Please note that in order to protect the wine, we may delay a shipment in response to extreme weather conditions.

Delivery details

It is required by law that someone over the age of 21 sign to receive the wine. If possible we recommend a business address for deliveries.

We reserve the right to charge a reship fee for deliveries with multiple failed delivery attempts. Call our Customer Service team at 1-800-266-8888 for more details about your address.

How does the wine club work?

Each month Gold Medal Wine Club features different artisan wineries and hand-selects their best wines for our wine club members.

Your in control. Choose from 2 to 12 bottles per shipment, and monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly shipment schedules. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime.

These wines along with our tasting notes and pairing suggestions, are then shipped to wine club members all across the country.

You may choose to join as a wine club member for yourself, or you may send a wine club gift membership to someone else.

Am I stuck?

Not at all! Individuals can cancel their memberships with Gold Medal Wine Club at any time with no hidden fees or charges. Simply log in to your account to make the change. You may also call us or send us an email to info@goldmedalwineclub.com. To cancel via the website, just log on to the My Account page and click to "manage your subscriptions".
