Jane Anson is a highly respected wine journalist and author who has been based in Bordeaux since 2003. She is best known for Inside Bordeaux (2020), hailed as “the Bordeaux bible,” and has written several other influential works, including Haut-Bailly and Wine Revolution. Anson’s writing has earned numerous accolades, including the Louis Roederer Wine Online Communicator of the Year (2020) and the IWSC Wine Communicator Trophy (2023). She is the co-founder of Bordeaux Mentor Week, a charitable initiative supporting emerging talent in the wine industry. In addition to her writing, Anson is an accredited educator at the Bordeaux Ecole du Vin and a sought-after speaker on the global wine circuit.
