Hibou 2017 Pinot Noir Riddle Vineyard

A classic Sonoma Pinot Noir, the Hibou 2017 Pinot Noir pours a beautiful garnet color with rich yet elegant aromas of red cherries, forest raspberries, and ripe cranberries and hints of pine and forest herbs. On the palate, flavors of Bing cherry and cranberry are dominant, while softer notes of cherry cobbler and rhubarb pie can be found in the background. The tannin structure is soft and leads into a satisfying finish.
